SmartHeart, presented by HeRO, is an educational series for heart patients, their families, and elementary school children.  Student volunteers lead fun activities and games focused on teaching children about the heart, heart disease, and ground breaking research.  Elementary school students tour labs, observe 3D printing, use an ultrasound machine, and more.  We are incredibly appreciative of this opportunity to engage young minds in such an important field and to get the next generation excited about research.
